If you are a Society/Technical Council evaluating Chair, Vice Chair, or Evaluator, and you need to access the Fellow on-line Society/Technical Council scoring application, click on the button below. You will be prompted to log in with your IEEE Primary Account.  Once you are logged in the system, a home page will appear. Click the help icon (?) in the "Open Activities" section to review the help guide relevant to your role. The guide will assist you in using the scoring application.
